To Import mail messages from Outlook express to Windows Live mail
Open Windows live mail (In any Operating system of Windows), Go to File→Import→Messages,
Now brows and select path of Outlook express's stored location.
You can visible now all Folders and Sub folders. Now you select a particulate folder or select All folders.
Now click the Next button to Import Mail Messages.
